  This high quality steel replacement insert for the 22/45 and Mark III series pistol will allow you to remove the existing plastic LCI "Loaded Cartridge Indicator". This makes cleaning the chamber area easier because there's less nooks and crannies to collect fouling.  Removing the LCI can also improve ammo feeding and ejection. Available in stainless or blue steel, the LCI Filler can improve the outward appearance of your Ruger, too. 
 *Notes: 1 - Installing this LCI Filler disables the Loaded Chamber Indicator feature. Before ordering please check to see if your state requires this feature by law. 2 - Sometimes the aluminum receiver sleeve on 22/45 LITE pistols may not be perfectly centered. When this happens, you may need a drill press to remove the factory pin that holds the LCI in place.
