- This 6.5 Creedmoor chambered (DPMS style) 24 inch barrel is machined from 416R Stainless Steel with a bead blasted finish. Our 6.5 Creedmoor Barrels are airguaged match grade, ensuring the best in quality and accuracy. The long, 24" length gives the fastest possible velocity and weight for a steady hold... A perfect Long Range shooting barrel!
- 6.5 Creedmoor is the perfect option if you're looking to maximize the accuracy of your LR308 pattern AR rifle. Apart from a simple barrel swap, all parts, including the bolt and mag, remain the same as a normal .308 build. The inherently accurate 6.5mm projectile, the increasing amount of off-the-shelf match grade factory 6.5 Creedmoor ammunition, and the extremely comfortable recoil all combine to create one of the best LR 308/AR chamberings available.

Should You Install a New Bolt w/This Barrel? Some of our customers have suggested that we should include a new bolt with our LR308 pattern AR barrels. THEY say you should install a new bolt anytime you install a new barrel. On the other hand WE'RE trying to keep costs down and if you already have a good bolt, there's no sense in adding the cost of another one if you don't need it. So, we leave it up to you. Our Nickel Boron LR308 pattern AR bolts are excellent and reasonably priced!
