These are outstanding. Far superior to the original spring.

Building up two more mags for competition, and noticed that my three old ones were feeling pretty weak so I bought this 5 pack. They feel much stronger now, (even compared to two new mags) and last trip to the range had no FTF which I usually get at least one or two. Can't swear that they are causing the lack of failures, but they are definitely stronger than the worn original springs that i replaced. (And shorter, which made it a little easier to rebuild the mag. IMO)

I replaced all my Ruger MK IV magazine springs with the Volquartsen springs. The extra tension provided by the springs gives better pressure on the cartridge feed and provides 100% better loading of the cartridges with no misfeeds.
