Timney Triggers 633 fits Savage Axis, Axis II, and Edge

Made my 308 Edge a completely different animal. Had to trim 1 spot on my Boyd's stock, but well worth it. Clean, crisp, and no travel.

This is my third savage trigger upgrade for family members. This most recent one was for my petite 10 year old granddaughter's Muddygirl rifle. The original trigger gauged at an average pull weight of 6 1/2 lbs. On my Lyman digital trigger pull gauge. After installation and small adjustments I settled on 2 1/2 lbs. This girl has youth hunted for the past two years and has harvested both times with a 30-30 and received a scope 'tattoo ' having to lean over the large stock...no more with the youth style Savage. I am looking forward to this year's hunting season. She shoots like a 20 year old now and can't wipe the smile off her face. What a great product and I got it on sale.

Very easy to install and adjust. Expect shot placement to be much more consistant.

Needed to replace the stock trigger on a Savage Axis for my grandson. Trigger gauge showed the pull weight at 7lbs. This is not acceptable to make an accurate shot by an inexperienced shooter. Replaced with the Timney and accuracy improved dramatically. No more discouraging misses for the grandson.

I ordered on of these triggers for a just-before-hunting season installation for a hunting friend. Installation was quick, easy, with no snags at all. It is absolutely the trigger to buy if you have a gun with a bad trigger pull--you don't have to be a professional gunsmith to quickly make it work perfectly.

Wow. What a huge difference from the original trigger on my savage rifle. The old trigger was 7.5 pounds and now its 2pounds. Very easy to install and would recommend to any Savage Axis owner. So much more consistency. Love this trigger.

Single best upgrade you can make to a Savage Axis. Used this trigger on three of them so far and its improved the the groups to under 1MOA at 100yd for each,

Improved trigger pull from factory trigger which was an average of 8 lbs. Easy install and adjustment. BE sure to set the safety adjustment as it comes backed all the way out.

Trigger installs and adjusts quickly and as stated in instructions. Works like a dream and took my groups from .75 to about .25. Only negative is I could do without the manufacturer pushing his religion on customers. But, their product is top notch.
