I really like my new trigger. I put it in amy savage axis .223 and it fit really well. I think the directions could have been a little more clear. I had to have a buddy of mine help me with the install because this was my first time and wasn't familiar with some of the terminology. However, once we got everything lined out, it went well. I would recommend this product

Best trigger pull since sliced bread. Makes it a real pleasure to shoot my 30.06. No gunsmith could have come as close to doing a good trigger job as just following the included easy instructions and doing it myself. Very pleased.

This trigger transforms a Savage Axis to a much more accurate and fun gun to shoot. The installation was fast and easy and did not need a gunsmith. Good instructions are included. This is an excellent product. I highly recommend this to all Axis/Edge owners. You will not regret the switch.

Much Better than Stock
Trigger pull is light and smooth (2-1/2 lbs.) on my Savage 111 after this trigger installation. The stock trigger pull was extremely hard. This trigger is highly recommended.

5 starts all the way. The importance of a good trigger is i think often overlooked by many people unless theyve been in competition of some sort. Myself included until recently. I started building my Savage heavy barrel as a budget deer/coyote/range rifle. One thing i new is the non accutrigger Axis rifles have a horrible trigger measuring around 7-1/2 pounds and having conciderable creep and over travel. I had my sites on a timney trigger at 3 times the price when an acquaintance in a forum suggested the rifle basix. I was leary to say the least due to the low cost but this fellow swore by his so i thought I'd give it a try. Well, im here to say that i couldnt be more pleased. It not only has adjustable pull weight but also creep and over travel. And with the creep adjustment it can be made to act like a 2 stage. I have mine set at 2-1/2 pounds, zero over travel and very minimal creep. Just enough to act like a very light first stage. Its very well made and very crisp. It breaks like a tiny glass rod. This rifle in stock OE form was good for about 1-1/2 MOA. My last groups after installing this trigger and the fully bedded boyds pro varmint stock have dropped below 1 moa. That dosent sound great, but ive only shot around 50 rounds from this rifle and all were the first 2 strings of OCW test loads and i had to work out a number of bugs with the boyds stock. Ive very confident that this rifle will be a sub 1/2 MOA shooter in no time. This would be impossible with the OE axis non accutrigger. It summery, i would put the rifle basix trigger against any trigger 3-4 times the price. If your looking to upgrage your Axis trigger, dont pass these up. You wont be disappointed. Nice Trigger for the money!
Decided to freshen up my older Savage 110FP LA so I added this trigger with a Choate Tact Stock, I am very happy with the results. Trigger was fairly easy to install (it helps if u know a lil about firearms) and the adjustments work great. I've got mine set right at 3lbs for now and I'm shooting sub MOA at 100yrds with good quality production ammo. I highly recommend this trigger.

Most likely the best trigger out there dollar for dollar. After buying one for a Savage .223 several years ago I like it so much that later on all my Savage rifles now have a Rifle Basix trigger. Much better!

Great New Trigger
On my Savage Axix 22-250, the original trigger pull was 6 pounds and way too heavy for predator shooting. The new trigger replacement is not that difficult to install if one takes his sweet time on each step in the assembly process. I adjusted the pull weight several times until it reached 3 pounds and I headed to the firing range. I squeezed off several rounds at 100 yards and some at 200. Trigger pull felt just right. Now if I can get the coyotes to pause, the fawn killers will taste some dirt.

WOW! What a Difference
Took five minutes to put it on the Stevens 200 and about a half hour to tweek it. But at 2.2oz and no creep make it an even better shooter than it was before. Breaks like glass and no over travel. And EABCO had the lowest price of all the companys

Excellent trigger. Very easy to install and adjust. Safety still clicks positively and prevents trigger from moving. Extremely short takeup and clean break, but maintains drop safety. Only complain is for my Boyd's Varminter stock I had to trim about 1/8 from the trigger shoe to allow free movement within the guard. My own overlook, not the triggers fault. Excellent vallue.
