Makes a world of difference

Purchased for my wife's Ruger Mark IV. It makes it so much easier for her to charge the pistol. Had to spread the ring just a bit for installation but that was no real issue.

best of the bunch

Of all of the Mark III slide assist devices this is the best. It is the easiest for weak finger strength individuals such as my grandson to use. Others required far greater pinch strength in fingers.

Good function

Well, it does what it says really well

Well, now my 8 yr old can rack the slide effortlessly. The little misses too. I like it too. The ring is large enough for gloved hands. I do not regret the ridiculous high price I paid. Well maybe a little but I had no choice. Misses couldn’t rack her pistola without it and now she can with a smile. That makes it worth it.

Excellent Upgrade

The Halo charge ring is a super easy install and makes chambering or clearing the chamber easier. I kept getting my finger caught on the stock piece, so this is a much better setup. Plus it’s a nice looking bit that adds to the cool look of the gun.

Keep the Alan wrench

I purchased the silver to go with the Ruger MKIV Competition, While mounting it is fairly easy, I have found that the screw loosens with use. I carry a small tool kit in my gun bag, this wrench is one of the tools included.

Fun shooter

The charging ring is light and very easy to install. It makes charging the Ruger MKIV 22/45 lite I put it on a lot easier and lessens the chance getting your fingertips pinched as you release the slide. It does make the gun about an inch linger so if you case it, you have to keep that in mind too.

Steel Ringer

Awesome addition to my PAC LITE pistol. My pistol originally came with a handle but, it was plastic and really wasn't secure. I really like the fit here, it's secure and the 'pull loop' is big enough for me to charge the pistol with some gloves on too.

Love it! Took longer to get the lock-tite for the screw than the actual install. whhich to less than 2 minutes. Works like a charm. A friend saw it and said; I got have one for my gun...get me one, PLEASE!

Best accessory for Mark IV

Best accessory for the Mark IV. No pinched fingers. Color matches the pistol perfectly. Match made in heaven. Great for little kids who need to charge the pistol. Loop is big enough for large and small fingers.

Since Iowa passed HF 517 and allow kids to shoot handguns, I bought a Ruger MkIV 22/45 Lite for my boys to shoot in competition. They didn't have the finger strength to squeeze the rear of the bolt hard enough to maintain their grip while they pull it back. I installed the Halo Charging Ring and now they pull it back so effortlessly. My wife liked it so well that I had to order her one for her Browning Buckmark. Excellent upgrade!
