Fits Detachable Mag Rifles Where the Latch is on the Magazine

  • Full length bedding block (see cutaway picture)
  • Fits Detachable Mag Rifles where the latch is on the mag
  • Adjustable butt spacer system to adjust the length of pull
  • Rail and sliding swivel on bottom of forend to attach a bipod
  • Sling swivels on both sides.
  • This stock is meant to work with your factory screws.
  • Compatible with Bottom Bolt Release.
  • Does NOT fit Savage Axis/Edge rifles.

  The Tactical stock has a full length bedding block, adjustable spacer system to adjust the length of pull, rail on bottom of forend to attach a bipod and sling swivels on both sides. This stock takes the Savage factory Detachable magazine actions with action screw spacing of 4.410 center to center of the action screws.
 - This stock only fits rifles with the magazine release as part of the magazine.
 - If your original rifle stock has a magazine well that is molded into it and not transferable to this stock, you will need to order our Savage Plastic Magazine Well to use with this stock. If your original mag well is removable, it will transfer to this stock.
 - Compatible with Bottom Bolt Release.
 - This stock Will NOT fit the detachable magazine rifles where the magazine release button is part of the bottom metal!
 - This stock Will NOT fit the Savage detachable magazine rifles with the accurate-mag bottom metal that uses the AI magazine.

  There will be an 3/16 gap under the safety on all the Savage Varmint, Tactical and Sniper stocks. The action should only touch on the V of the bedding block and back of the recoil lug. The gap at the back is normal for Savage actions when installed in our stocks.
