Red Dot and Hot Shot Base
I simply wanted to purchase a scope mount for the T/C Hotshot that I had purchased for my grandson. While I was there, I noticed that you were also offering a red dot for it, and there was a sale going on. So I ordered that too. I would typically shop around, but I've always been happy with the products that I purchased from you. I was unable to get the discount code to work, so I put it in the remarks for the order. Being that time of year, I didn't get around to opening that package until today. I was surprised to find a warning attached to the scope that I needed to look at it before mounting since the manufacturer will not let you return scopes that have been mounted. I thought I had received the discount, and the invoice that you enclosed confirmed it. Thank you. Your customer service is truly superb. Not only did I receive the discount, but you warned me about examining the red dot before mounting it. (By the way, mine was fine, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been if I had mounted it before examining it.) I'm sure glad that I purchased the red dot from you. Exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized.
